An entertainment enthusiast and serial intrepreneur, Sam Gomez is an award winning digital media executive with 20+ years experience building campaigns, platforms and new digital businesses for large entertainment organizations. Always striving to transform the way audiences consume entertainment, Sam began his career in recorded music and later expanded into sports and live entertainment.

Sam Gomez is currently the VP of Digital Marketing at Feld Entertainment, Inc., the world’s leading producer of live family entertainment, where he oversees owned and operated media, including Feld Entertainment’s streaming businesses.

Previously, Sam was the VP of Digital Marketing for Sony Music Entertainment’s catalog division, Legacy Recordings, where he managed the group’s digital media strategy and a team of globally recognized, award-winning entrepreneurs, marketers and thought leaders. Highlights of his seven-year tenure include: building a #1 digital catalog market share; developing a global CRM strategy; creating a new daily deal site for music called POPMARKET.com, which in less than a year, became the most successful worldwide D2C commerce initiative within the music industry; and creating/managing a network of over 250 web properties and social media profiles. Among this portfolio of web properties, was a top 10 most-Liked social media profile in the world. Sam’s day-to-day responsibility included the oversight of direct to consumer (D2C) commerce, social media, and outreach to new partners.  

Prior, Gomez spent 5 years at Warner Music Group in similar roles within new media group.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Music from the Steinhardt School of Education at New York University, where he was a member of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Scholars Program. Additionally, he holds a MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, where he double majored in Marketing and Information Systems. He also received a double specialization in Digital Economies and Entertainment, Media and Technology.
